Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged by misuse, opened hygiene-sensitive items, clearance items, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Contact us with your order number before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
